In the spirit of Thanksgiving, our young students embarked on a creative journey that beautifully captures the essence of gratitude.
Transforming our simple trees into a colourful canvas, each leaf tells a tale of appreciation for family, friends, love and more.
Our children in Year 2 Infant Education are starting their participation in this eTwinning project about Art and Artists.
We started in October with the voting for the project logo and their favourite has been the winner.
They have also made these self-portraits in the style of Picasso to present themselves to children from schools in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Italy, Estonia, Turkey and Slovenia.
This is a promising start!
On the last day of school, the Infants enjoyed this fun activity. Working in pairs, they found all the eggs and other Easter related items that were hidden around the playground.

In 4 years we have already discovered that our body can be a lot of fun! Not only because it lets us dance, move... and we can recognise its different parts like we have done dancing the song of "My body" but because on this occasion we have discovered a new game!
On the last day of term the Infant, Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils came together to celebrate Christmas by singing Christmas carols in a variety of styles.
The sixth graders sang two songs for us and the fifth graders sang and danced a cool Christmas rock 'n' roll. Our little ones sang and danced their favourite Christmas songs, too.
We had a great time together!
This is a small sample of this activity at school.
Christmas time is a period full of magic for all school communities and ours starts with family decoration everywhere! And we love it.
As well, no need to say that we feel it smells like cookies. Therefore, GingerBread Man could not be out of our classes and he came to visit our 4 year old children to soon be hanging in every Christmas Tree!
"We Wish You a Merry Christmas" has been our favourite Christmas song. Don't doubt to sing along with them.

The youngest children shared Halloween songs with the Primary 6 children in a super fun morning.
Estas semanas la clase de 4 años A es una clase gatuna porque está investigando sobre los gatos. Así, hemos recibido una vídeo-carta con muchos gatos de otros países que nos han saludado en diferentes idiomas:
Nos hemos animado a practicar cómo decir hola en francés, alemán, portugués, inglés... y descubrir que hay numerosas lenguas para comunicarnos. Finalmente, hemos conversado sobre las familias que tenemos o conocemos en países europeos o de otros lugares, para terminar conociendo los colores de sus banderas a través de la técnica del abolillado.

As part of the project all the schools interchanged music and songs from our countries that make us feel different emotions. We received this song from the Estonian children. It is about how rhythm makes you dance, even when you don't understand the words.
