ARTS AND CRAFTS YEAR 2

1. who was giuseppe arcimboldo? click here
2. we are going to make a portrait in the style of arcimboldo:

1. make a design on a piece of paper.
2. decide which fruits and veggies will look best for eyes, nose, mouth, hair and other details. (ask your mum and dad)
3. draw a big oval for head or take a plate. 
4. Place the pieces of fruit and veggies on the plate or oval (ask for help with knives!)
5. Write a name for your portrait
6. Send a photo to your teacher. You have one week.
7. OPTIONAL: write a short description in your notebook.

1. haz un borrador en un papel (o en el arcimboldo art creator)
2. decide qué frutas y verduras quedarán mejor como ojos, boca, nariz, etc. (pregunta en casa qué puedes usar)
3. dibuja un óvalo grande como guía para la cabeza o usa un plato.
4. coloca las frutas, verduras, pasta, legumbres en el plato/óvalo. (pide ayuda para usar el cuchillo, si lo necesitas)
5. Pon nombre a tu personaje.
6. Manda una foto a tu profesora. Tienes toda la semana.
7. OPCIONAL: solo si te atreves, es difícil, escribe una pequeña descripción en tu cuaderno, por ejemplo: 

there's a melon. there's a lemon. there's a banana. there are two slices of kiwi fruit. there are a lot of grapes.
